Cidco plot in 12.5%

Q: If cidco land is in scheme of 12.5% so in that case will bank approve the loan? Will it be good idea to book apartment in that scheme.

The Govt. announced the 12.5% Scheme and extended it to all PAPs. In this scheme, the PAP is given back developed land which is 12.5% of the land acquired from him. Out of the 12.5% entitlement, 30% is reserved for social and public utilities. Thus net allotment would be 8.75% of the land. The plot allotted to the individual has 1.5 FSI and 15% commercial component permissible on the plot.

Hi Mr Gupta, 12.5% Scheme is for Project-Affected People and they will be given back developed land which is 12.5% of the land acquired from them.

Hi, are normal buyers of mid income group allowed to buy plot under CIDCO scheme? Please update me.

The plot under CIDCO scheme allotted to the individual has 1.5 FSI and 15% commercial component permissible on the plot. The person can develop the plot himself or enter into an agreement with the developer for development. Also, I don't see a reason why bank will not approve a loan as long as proofs of income is shown. Yes, you can book an apartment in such scheme or else give a developer for development.
