Hi Baldeep ,as of now there are no pre-launch stages now in any of the projects. Noida/Greater Noida authorities do not allow the project launch before the due diligence has been done from the developer's side. So, investing in any launched project is safe.

Hi , Baldeep , all most all the areas are safe in Noida/Greater Noida or Yamuna expressway. The Noida Extension case will never be happening again. Yamuna expressway is best for investment purpose.

Yes , you can easily invest in Noida. The issues have not affected the area for 0.05% of whole of Noida, so i believe , Noida and Greater Noida are safe investment destinations.
Noida is now total free from farmers issues.
