Hi Milind,
Good that you visited the project. Please don't book the property with this project. The builder is not renowned and they have fooled many people. Please don't believe on them.
Once you book the apartment, you will have sleepless nights. This has already happened with 2 of my friends. Better look for some other property.

You seems to be fooling people.

Please don't fool people, every one knows resale option is available because investors are trying to get out of this property investment.

Many people in this forum is having issues with the builder and you are the only looks to be a blind eye person.

Please look this from external party and tell everyone how untrustworthy this builder is.
I have never saw such a ridiculous builder and low graded quality of construction.

Request, please don't fool the builder and don't misdirect people in investing their hardearned money in this project. Everyone can check the exact status, when was this property booking started and how many booking are done till date. I am sure investors investment value will go done with this property.

Shame on you and builder, sorry to say, but forced to say it.

I would recommend not to book with this project.
This is a trap.
My friend had very bed experience with the builder. Heard there were many booking cancellations because of builder behavior. Even if the work is around 50% complete, they are recovering almost all the amount from you. They call you for payments like a bank recovery agents.

This is really very very bad.

PLEASE DON'T GET TRAP

Hi Kiran,
Even i have searched a lot about this project and found that there is no listing ao advertisement anywhere in the websites. So, my advice to all the buyers as well as investors that before investing your hard earned money on any project, be sure about the builder's reputation, verify all the legal documents and if it is possible visit the site yourself.

i have visited the site too..the property seems to be good and as for material, they use good quality material like jaquar fittings and giving good internal lobby space and amenities.
hope this helped :)
