As per my knowledge the price from past three months was around Rs 3835 per sq. ft. Although there are many projects there...to name a few.. Hiranandani Upscale, Akshaya Today, Doshi Etopia II, Marg Pushpadruma, Groovy Woodz, Olympia Opaline etc. These all mentioned flats have flats left for sale.

Hello Raghu..Old Mahabalipuram Road is now called as Rajiv Gandhi Salai. It is also called OMR or IT/ITES Corridor of the city. There are many companies in this IT corridor like Satyam Computer Services, HCL Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture India, TECCI Park, Wipro Technologies etc. It also have many reputed educational institutions. And very close to the railway station and International Airport.

Hi Raghuram..there are many flats for sale in DLF city. The apartment which you are talking about is situated in IT Corridor, Old Mahabalipuram Road. I think DLF builders have good reputation. Are you interest in buying this apartment.?
