As per my knowledge the price from past three months was around Rs 3835 per sq. ft. Although there are many projects there...to name a few.. Hiranandani Upscale, Akshaya Today, Doshi Etopia II, Marg Pushpadruma, Groovy Woodz, Olympia Opaline etc. These all mentioned flats have flats left for sale.

And very close to the railway station and International Airport.
