Hi Vibhor, Gurgaon real estate has got more realty demand because of the booming IT/ITES sectors. The demand for properties in Gurgaon saw a sudden increase in both commercial and residential properties. The most-sought after areas like Golf Course, DLF city, South City, Sushant Lok, Sohna Road have all seen good rise. Golf Course Road has excellent connectivity to all major places of the city. Rate per sq ft ha grown from around Rs 6000 to Rs 48,000 in the past few years.

Golf Course and Golf Course extension, Sectors 53, 57, 58 and 65, Manesar, DLF city (all phases) , South City, Sushant Lok an many other areas in Gurgaon are witnessing major real estate growth. It is worth investing in any of the areas. They have seen great price appreciation year after year and it has proved to be great investment option.

Sohna road has been seeing more appreciation rates.. It is expected to be the next main destination for commercial and industrial development in Gurgaon. Along with commercial and industrial development it will obviously see residential demand too.. The growth in this place is mainly due to the industrial model township set up at Manesar.Sohna Road is near to NH 8, Golf Course Extension Road and NCR.. Roz-Ka Meo industrial area, Delhi Airport and upcoming Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway are also in vicinity.. All these have made Sohna road to get good demand by investors.

Vibhor, there are many apartment communities in Gurgaon.. Important areas for real estate invetsment that is mostly preferred are- Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Extension, Sohna Road and NH-8.. Development of the city is happening in many sectors, that will make the real estate even better in Gurgaon. The city is becoming much beautiful and convenient for people to settle down..Infrastructure development, numerous high-rises have been changing the entire look of the city. With all these, housing demand is continuosly rising..

Hi Vibhor, Gurgaon and its surrounding areas are very good spots for real estate investments. Realty experts say that a maximum of 1,50,000 ready flats are expected in Gurgaon by the end of year 2015 in the Gurgaon real estate market. Sometime back, the major drawback was the infrastructure of Gurgaon which was very poor. But now many changes have been made and still many more infrastructure developments are going on, so that will make the city even better.
