Q: We have around 4 acre of ancestral Property at Noida expressway. Is it the best time to sell the property or should we wait for another couple of years. Some of my friends are suggesting me to tie up with a builder and we can have a share of profit along with few flats in the developed apartment society. How does this process work? Who all builders support such type of association?

About builders , you can try the small builders , who are just starting or will start their projects , they will give you good returns. But i think you have to go through a lot of formality and documents if u sell it to the builders as it is your ancestral property.
What is the price you are looking at? for selling it? actaully location if it? See my personal view is that, many a time builders do not give you a propper share, i will suggest you to catch hold of a broker and try and sell it by your own.
I think you frnds have suggested a good idea,it is always a better way to collaborate with developers and get a flat and half of the profit! you can also do that. As selling a plot will be a little hectic , u need to find buyer and negotiate and all! to have a clean transaction this is a better idea.
Hi, what kind of ancestral property u have at noida expressway? is it a plot ? or u have construction in that plot? franky speaking if you have plot it is better to sell it now. because noida expressway is rising up now, if you sell it now, you will get good returns and the value of land is high.
