Adding to this , I heard new flyover is coming up. So this area will have good connectivity with National Highway 24 & Grand Trunk road. The proposed Rapid Rail Transit System between Meerut & New Delhi will also improve the connectivity . We can predict return of investment will be handsome & for both end use as well as investment , this area is suitable.

The authorities have proposed to restructure the NH-58 stretch- from Meerut to ALT-cut and close down illegal cuts to allow free flow of traffic. The NH-58 work will also be carried on shortly.
