Hi Amit...What is the per sq ft price in all..?? have you checked the availability of flats in three of them.?? .i din't find any .Please let me know if you find any apartment for sale.

Hi Joydeep and Amit..i heard a lot about Swagat Group..they have delivered around 11 projects in Ahmedabad and another 10 are ongoing. And yes there are 2 -3 projects in Gabdhinagar also.They are reputed builders of Gujarat. Have you decided of any particular project..??

Hi Amit.. i would suggest you to invest in Gota road in Ahmedabad. This road offers affordable residential property in the range of Rs 30- 40 lakh. It offers apartments like 1,2 and 3 bhk residential units varying between 675- 1620 sq ft .The price of these units ranges between Rs 2,600 -3,000 per sq ft.

Hi Amit..there are certain things which will decide your investment destination. Such a factor is your budget. Let say if you are looking for a very affordable project then i would suggest you to choose Ahmedabad. Although developers are targeting the entire state for such housing projects but currently you can derive benefit by investing in Ahmedabad.
