IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWERS FROM BUILDERS

Q: Similar experience with me too.When I prsnly cnvyd my feeling about poor custmer service, they are questioning me that when CEO of co.is willing to talk to custmr what sort of better cstmr service is exptd This was the question posed to me In fact they have forgotten that when there is delay in starting prjct itself &that too for more than 2 yrs, then owners themselves should step in & clarify the position or they should come prpd to rfnd mony with compensation to custmrsThey also went to extent of saying that in bldg indsty, no CEO will talk to custmrs directly,since CEO is willing to talk to custmrs, they said I should be happyThey have forgotten such hard talk will hurt their custmrs This is the way we get custmr sevice from Marg Brndvn Prjct.

Hello Mr. Somasundaram..same thing happened with one of my friend. Builders are not paying heed to problems of the owners. Such problems are faced by many owners. Its good that people like you are coming on this forum and discussing. This would help other people to be updated.
