It says that Prestige Parkview has got approval from all the banks. I want to know from the owners that has SBI, PNB, Bank of Baroda approved the project. What is the current rate going on?

The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 1.25 crores to Rs 1.35 crores. For SBI home loan you have to check with the builder. I am not sure if the project has got approval from SBI or not.

As I said earlier that the project offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, the size of the apartment ranges from 1220 sqft to 2023 sqft.

For every level there is an increase of Rs.15/- per sqft. In addition to the floor premium, select Apartments will also attract a premium of Rs.50/- per sqft

Have all the approvals been obtained? How many car parking has been allotted for each apartment?

The project has got all the necessary approvals from local body and the leading banks. For now only one car parking is allotted for each apartment. :) :)

Prestige Park View is located on Whitefield Main Road, at the Hope Farm Junction and is spread across 5 acres of land. Prestige Park View is a residential development of 376 two and three bedroom apartments, spread across 4 Towers, of 15 and 19 storeys’ respectively.
