Vakil Housing offers good construction quality. They are very reliable builder. Vakil Whispering Woods is a completed layout with attractive price. The problem is that it is 1.5 km from Hosur road, and the approach road is through a village and there is no social infrastructure.
The road towards the project is quite disappointing since it's a small village road there are lesser chances that it will drastically improve in the coming years.If there is not a good approach road and no residential prospects for a long time, then I do not think purchasing an apartment in that layout is worth.
