Hi Amit and Sunil!!
You should visit the developer's office and ask for the current updates and demand letter of your flat. And for construction update, you must visit the project site. Thus, you can see the construction material used in the project and the pace of work.

Don't depends on apartment residents comment. You have invested your hard earned money so spend a little time on it should not be a difficult task.

When we look towards Mulund's connectivity, we found that Mulund is well connected to other suburbs and other cities as well by sufficient network of trains, BEST buses and roads including a national highway. Mulund is a stop for slow local trains as well as semi-fast local trains on the central line of the Mumbai suburban network.

The current residential property rate in Mulund is Rs. 10000-14000/sq-ft. But it depends on the locality, amenities and the specification of the project.

Projects in Mulund East- 1) Tata Aveza, Tata Gateway Tower, Kalpataru Kamdhenu, Neelam Sanskar, Kings Anand Dham etc.

I have made a discussion with the developer about the project and found that the delivery date will be December'2016.
The residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 13000-15000/sq-ft.
Some of the basic amenities of Nirmal Lifestyle Zircon and Amethyst are 2 level podium Parking, Podium Garden with water body and club house, 3 Hi-speed lifts with emergency landing technology, Video Door Phone, rain water harvesting etc.

Mulund West is a suburb in the northeast of CST. It has a railway station on the Central Railway Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. It has easy access to the Eastern Express Highway and Navi Mumbai through the Mulund Airoli Bridge. he area has good underground drainage and sewage system, Mulund Depot is one of the largest and major Bus Depots in Mumbai connecting it to several places. An effective railway transport and easily available auto rickshaws and shared taxis keep this area well connected.

Only HDFC has approved this project for housing loan. You can get 80% of the registration value.

Current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 13000-15000/sq-ft.
