Artech realtors offers apartments both in the 3& 2 BHK apartments. They are in business for the past 20 years and has a pan kerala clientele. They've projects in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Kottayam. Currently two of their flagship projects, Courtyard & luxus are in construction phases. Hi Chitra. Heera Westcourt is a luxurious project and offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments. Thus prices will be high. The builders are also reputed and are from Goa.They have also launched projects in Kochi and Kottayam. As per rohan it was almost Rs 1.6 crore six months back then definitely it is not the same.
