Someone mentioned to me that the builder is good - he has done a few projects earlier and the quality of construction has been good. That's why looking at this project.

I like the amenities provided in this projects. it has a good future retuns, i think you should go for it. various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Club House etc.
