In September 2012, the rates were around Rs 5,100-5,400 per sq ft while it rose to Rs 5,600-6,700 per sq ft by December 2012. The prevailing rates in the sector are between Rs 7,000 and Rs 7,500 per sq ft. A property with 1000 sq ft which was available at around Rs 50 lakh in mid 2011, is presently available at a price around Rs 70 lakh, and this shows the speed of appreciation in that area.
The real estate market in Noida’s sector 82 has been witnessing fast-track growth. Min reason is that it has easy access to Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway, and there is god connectivity.
Hi, Mr Deb this is one of the one going area where you can immidiatly invest, without even thinking. There are many resdiential projects coming up in this area. Few projects like Green View apartment,Swarnim Vihar,Vivek Vihar. This project are exsisting and they are very nice projects. Yes it is worth to invest. Although i wanna tel you that, if you are investing for life time, why do not you go for Noida expressway projects?
