Check for other projects in the vicinity rather than investing in a controversial project and builder.. Let it be late than taking wrong decision.

hey.. what is the project name?? Check the documents and the amount of work left before investing. As Ramesh said you can even bargain for the unit, given their history..

its a Orchid Ozone and investor's flat, but I heard that worked is stopped since long time and majority is Muslim community 60-70%. Is this true??

Hi.. It is a tricky situation considering their 2G scam issue. By the way, which project are you looking on? You should get a good discount on rate considering DBs situation. What rate are they quoting you?
