The amenities looks like miniature when u see the no. of flats.

Q: The amenities looks like miniature when u see the no. of flats....visited this place in the evening as was shocked to see the no. of kids playing and too much risk of cars moving inside the premises:( sooooo risky for the kids who were playing.Too much price compared to the quality and space given.

not worth... apostrophe too pricey

The rate is also very high. Around Rs 5000-5100 per sqft. Not at all worth, given the amenities they are providing..

Hi.. they are one of the renowned builders in Pune.. But the units they provide are not worth.. Even I have booked an apartment in this project. It is totally not worth the spend. Hope they are listening to our woes..
