Lets meet this coming Saturday to discuss and decide further. For that we will make a membership application form and can collect some amount as membership fee. Since 14 people agreed for this meeting and only 7 people turned up. I am requesting you all to have full participation whenever we agree on it and we should make our strength more strong.

Hi friends, Is Amrapali asking for service tax after High Court order? If any one getting demand letter for service tax even after high court's order then send the developer High Court order copy.
No need to pay service tax for demand letter send by the developer and kindly check the whether demand letter was issued after High Court order and if it includes service tax too. Because i believe that the builder while sending the demand letter will also include the service tax in the absence of any notification from the center. So, the buyers will have to put pressure on the centre for early notification provided the centre may not go for appeal against High Court order.
As per Amrapali they have not received the notification from the Service Tax department, hence they can not refund Service Tax charged and paid by Buyers, pls advise
High Court order is for service charges and not service tax. Service tax has to be paid. It goes to government while service charge goes to the owner. The payment should be made else how the work will be completed. Any discrepancy can be dealt later at the time of possession.
Hi, I got to know from some sources that they will be getting part completion certificate from Govt. But if they will get it, how is it helpful for us? What is part completion certificate?
Part completion Certificate is when you apply for Completion Certificate and lets take you have 100 sq-yrd area but you constructed only 25% of that area so you will get Completion Certificate for that area not for the full. But if our flat will be in that 25% area we can be lucky enough to get our home.
Hi friends, We have been discussing here for last few months but no result found. I visited Amrapali office on 10th June,2016. One was locked and the other was vacant. It appears that they are preparing to shut down and run away. I also saw few guards with rifles indicating that how insecure they are feeling these days. I also heard that they are firing unwanted staff to close down. According to me, this is the right time to hold them legally. We should also post an d tweet on social media like Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin and ask brand ambassador Mr. Dhoni that by just disassociate with Amrapali Group is not sufficient, he should also help buyers in getting the flat. Only i his trust people went to Amrapali projects.
I am agree with you Preeti. We should follow the legal route. And we should also ask question like if tomorrow Amrapali is bankrupt or runs away what would be Mr. Dhoni's stand who bought trusting his brand name only. I really thank to them who have agreed to take the legal path. Most of us belong to salary class. Being positive is good but ignoring risk is dangerous. Keep your hope alive, stay united and act wisely.
Of course, taking legal path is the only way left now which in turn will pressurize Amrapali. We have stuck with our hard earned money. Secondly, Greater Noida Authority is equally responsible for all these builder mess. We should also protest in front of them. If no solution comes then street protest. Any builder can not do all these lawless things without any support of Gr. Noida official authority.
As per our previous conversation, i just spoke to one lawyer and he updated me that NCDRC is rejecting the case of a individual buyers or buyers going in group without making an association. Same issue has been forwarded to the higher bench for the review. So, i think making an association should be our first step. Because some lawyers have also suggested to register a society first and then go for legal case.
Then, i would like to suggest you all to form a group of buyers and then approach to NCDRC for permission to file a joint petition, if court allow that request then no need to register a society.

Hi all, I have talked with the builders and they said that they are shifting project specific teams to the project site. Only God knows what they are trying to achieve. Every week, there are protest at Amrapali by one or other project so to avoid that they have moved everything at site offices and only kept bare minimum operational staff at corporate office. It is difficult to avoid protests or a repeat of what was done by some other builders like Vigneshwara etc.
Hello Preeti ji, Amrapali will not run away they have lot of property. The only problem with them is of funds. No need to panic as they have shifted operations to facilitate better take care of progress. Now-a-days, they are not giving leaves to their employee. I have talked with their employee. As per employee, they have never salary issues. People are working there for 4-5 yrs. Things are not that bad. We just need to maintain pressure on builder.

Hi Guys, Last Saturday on 20th February, 2016 i Visit to Dream Valley site. The total work of construction is stopped due to non-Sufficient funds with Amrapali group. I asked the Contractor person why has been stopped the work? They told me Last 3 to 4 months the work has stooped because the Builder neither paid the money (Payment to Contractor) to us last 6 months and nor they provide material for making Tower (Shortage of Material due to Non-Sufficient funds with Amrapali Group). all Towers are in Uncompleted condition. The Amrapali guys said the we shell provide Possession till Dec., 2017. We request to all flat buyer please ask to Amrapali Group CMD Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma when will he provide Possession to us our Dream flat? I am also a flat buyer in block B.
Considering the conditions it is nearly impossible for them to deliver our flats by Dec 2017. Don't know why Amrapali is spoiling their image in the market.

Hi, if you go by the builder reputation, yes Amrapali has a good name in the market and you can invest with them. this is being planned as a township with villas and high rise.. if you are thinking about long term investment...you can opt for this.
Hi, I also booked a flat in Dream valley II High rise in July 2014 and paid 20% till now , last month received a demand letter for further 20% payment, I contacted HDFC to disburse my loan and bank refused by saying that the project is yet not bankable and Amrapali is holding Noida Authority funding. I sent a email to Amrapali to clarify this issue and still waiting for there response. If you have any news regarding this project bankable issue then please share

This project offers 2 BHK & 3 BHK ,area ranging from 1690 sq-ft to 2950 sq-ft. Builder quoted price around 3350/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is Jun 2015.
As per my conversation with builder executive, I got to know that, this project has approval from GNIDA. Banks approving loan for this project are Corporation Bank, HDFC Bank ,Axis Bank ,Bank of Maharashtra & ICICI Home Finance.
