Planning to buy a villa in this project, what will the price in this project. Also I want to know what all educational institutions are there near by.

If you are buying a villa in Beech the total area of the villas will range from 1624-1760 Sqft and the price will start from Rs 45.20 lakhs. In Cypress, the price of a villa will be around Rs 54.84 lakhs and in Durian it will be around Rs 81.88 lakhs.

Devanahalli is located 40 kilometres to the north east of Bangalore. The real estate market started booming when the new Bangalore Internation Airport was constructed. There is Devanahalli Business Park and many office spaces are coming up in Devanahalli which will again impact the real estate market.

The region is developing fast due to IT-BT and Industrial boom which is currently in great demand and is expected to grow rapidly in the near future. Properties in Devanahalli have witnessed a record increase in demand mainly due to the presence of the Bangalore International Airport and excellent connectivity. A number of underpass and road widening projects have changed the landscape of this area. The connectivity from this place to Tumkur Road and Peenya has made this area very note worthy.

I think you can take home loan from State Bank of Hyderabad and LIC Housing Finance. They are providing bore well for water supply.

Currently SRR is quoting Rs 1125/- psft for a plot in The Preserve. Devanahalli stands nowhere less in residential expansion when compared to other localities in Bangalore. Devanahalli has many residential projects like; Sobha LifeStyle, Golden Blossoms and an integrated township Ozone Urbana.

I have visited the place and location is good. However, I dont think the price is good from an investment perspective. These places will not be good for staying atleast for the next 5-10 years.

The Preserve is 6 kms after Devanahalli, lot of development work need to be done in the layout. I don't think if there is any proposed development in that surrounding as of now.

SRR homes is good developer. One of my friend have dealt with them for their previous project. His experience is good. The documents are verified with lawyers, and they were clean.They also do Villa construction.

The Preserve is spread across 23 acres and it is BIAAPA Approved residential layout with world class facilities located near Devanahalli on Highway NH-7 Bangalore. it is just 15 minutes drive from the Bangalore International Airport.
