Currently SRR is quoting Rs 1125/- psft for a plot in The Preserve. Devanahalli stands nowhere less in residential expansion when compared to other localities in Bangalore. Devanahalli has many residential projects like; Sobha LifeStyle, Golden Blossoms and an integrated township Ozone Urbana.
I have visited the place and location is good. However, I dont think the price is good from an investment perspective. These places will not be good for staying atleast for the next 5-10 years.
The Preserve is 6 kms after Devanahalli, lot of development work need to be done in the layout. I don't think if there is any proposed development in that surrounding as of now.
SRR homes is good developer. One of my friend have dealt with them for their previous project. His experience is good. The documents are verified with lawyers, and they were clean.They also do Villa construction.
