the project is jinxed. SRR / EXCEL is the marketing front but the land is not their's. I have been asking for refund for about 2 years now. Got the principal amount thankfully but still working on the interest they are bound to pay for the money which we invested.

Approval should not be an issue because I heard that the project has got approval from BIAPPA and banks like State Bank of Hyderabad & LIC Housing Finance. Any other issue, please share
