Q: While the plan is excellent on paper and the facilities are good, there is no approval for the plan yet. Is it safe to proceed with booking?

Hey Naveen, I feel it is not safe to book a flat because there are chances that the plan may get changes. So wait for the approvals and then go ahead with the booking process.
