Following the approval of the new master plan, the rate of land in Sohna Road has increased very much. Developers and investors have started acquiring land for future usage. Renowned builders like Raheja Developers, Tata Realty , Parsvnath, Godrej and Paras are coming up with their new projects here. The Sohna market would cater to the affordable segment wherein residential units are expected to be in the price range of Rs 3,500 to Rs 4,000 per sq ft.

Numerous new projects have been coming up in Sohna road after the master plan's approval. Not only residential, but commercial and industrial projects too.. There will be very good progress in the real estate sector and Sohna road will witness all round development.
As per the plan, above 28% of the area is reserved for residential sectors and 20% for industrial purpose.
Around 5,000 acres of land will be reserved for residential and commercial development in over 20 sectors, and 2,600 acres of land will be kept for green and open spaces under the plan. Besides this, 1,600 acres will be reserved for an Industrial Model Township

The new master plan for Sohna sanctions the development of 6,110 hectares. It will include more than 20 new sectors too. I think the plan is going to boost the realty market highly. Many projects are included, which will improve the connectivity further, and the region's infra will be made excellent.

Hi Suresh, Sohna Road is one of the fastest developing stretches in Gurgaon. It seems to be the city’s next big site for commercial and residential boom in the near future. There is easy access to NH-8, IGI Airport, Golf Course Road, Delhi and other NCR regions and also to the proposed KMP highway from Sohna Road. Southern Peripheral Road is close to the established residential corridor of Sohna Road. Good connectivity is the main driver for realty development in this place. The properties in Gurgaon-Sohna Road is expected to see nearly 20 % appreciation in next 2-3 years.
