After the Manesar Tech Park was introduced the builders showed interest in the area. In April-June 2010 the price took a jump from Rs 2500 per sq ft to Rs 3800 per sq ft. In 2011 Jan- March it took a went to Rs 4200 per sq ft, but came down to Rs 3500 per sq ft in April-June 2011. Shockingly within 1 year the price again went up to Rs 5200 per sq ft and till last Sep 2013. and the price right now is Rs 4300 per sq ft.
