Q: What about drinkable water supply in upcoming Residential complex at vangni ? Nearby River is too polluted I heard.. And Medical emergencies ? I plan to Invest to live there full time and Not as Second home..

Hi Maitreya, even I have heard that there is water problem in the area. I know that Shahapur supplies water to Mumbai and Vangini in the vicnity. But, is there any water problem really?

I am not sure either since I just over heard from people in my vicinity about it.. Currently the Builder has assured about water supply from nearby Ulhas river using hydrolic pumps but I still doubt about it.. Many people say that you will be having this problem for some 4 years as the development will take some time to reach vangni from Badlapur.. Lets hope for the Best !!

Places like Vangini, Badlapur, Vashind, Shahpur are areas which are located far away from Mumbai. They are good locations for second homes but not for investment or own stay purpose. Still you can buy it for self-use - weekends, holiday vacation with family all year round. There won't be much effect of capital appreciation or ROI on renting though..
