Is VGN Developers are Reputed Builders?

Q: Hi friends, I need some suggestions about ongoing projects of leading builders in Chennai. I have decided to buy a flat in Chennai; actually it’s my first home. Some of my friends and colleagues recommended VGN Developers. I want more about this firm to move forward, Kindly guide me.

For me the delay of VGN PLATINA was really heart breaking. VGN partly ruined my life. The customer service never told me a clear picture of the delay. Project Started 2010 and still going. Above all have some previous experience, so they already have a house to live. I am a tenant in someone's house and do have any clue when this projected would get completed.

The essential features provided by VGN is Admirable, but what about the time consumption. Compensation of 18% per year for the payments made after July 2012 is not enough. I am paying my EMI's along with house rent which come to 20K. Thinking of going legal need some ideas.

Note : Association should consider the fact that Ammunities provided by VGN will not compensate common man;s life. Think, then take decision for everyone's satisfaction.

VGN builders has completed many projects in Chennai and doing great still, There is no complaints apart from the platina project delay, but i heard that is also got resolved and going to handover soon. They are doing perfect in all nature like treating customers, developing as per our thought etc. simply amazing , i would like to give 1+.

Ofcourse shoba, they are very good in construction and being a reputed org for more than 20 years. they understand peoples suggestion and they are providing the best solution as per the customers imagination. providing more reality and creativity, VGN will work according to the plan which customer has, instead simply implementing their own thoughts. Really happy with my innovative Flat. Thanks shoba for giving chance to express my opinion and thanks to VGN too.

I have heard about a project in VGN which got delayed to deliver but they rectified the issue, apart from that is usual with all the builders if they have labour shortage or some issues, but they are good in treating the customer and it has a brand in chennai

I had build with VGN builders and was very satisfied with the result; VGN provided classy interior works and also serene environment for families. I would suggest VGN builders mainly due to the level of service we received.
