There are two major reasons for this issue. As already stated now a days our area ground water level is very low and not supporting as earlier. We had been running our borewell pumps for 10-15 hours a day one month back. But now if the borewell pumps are run for 20 minutes the water is getting drained and for next one hour we have to give rest to borewell pumps for getting some more water. Latest Answer: For me the delay of VGN PLATINA was really heart breaking. VGN partly ruined my life. The customer service never told me a clear picture of the delay. Project Started 2010 and still going. Above all have some previous experience, so they already have a house to live. I am a tenant in someone's house and do have any clue when this projected would get completed. The essential features provided by VGN is Admirable, but what about the time consumption. Compensation of 18% per year for the payments made after July 2012 is not enough. I am paying my EMI's along with house rent which come to 20K. Thinking of going legal need some ideas. Note : Association should consider the fact that Ammunities provided by VGN will not compensate common man;s life. Think, then take decision for everyone's satisfaction.
