Q: Hi, I am looking to buy a 2 or 3 bhk apartment and my budget is upto 40 lakh. kindly suggest me the best location and upcoming projects in Vaishali, Indirapuram or Noida.

I think it is difficult to find 2 or 3 bhk in Noida within 40 lakh. You check in Vaishali or Indirapuram. visit the areas and enquire local residents for right info. As Pranab said you can go for resale ones in Vaishali. If you can adjust 50 lakh then you can get a better property.

You can get a smaller flat or house in this budget in the areas you have mentioned. Instead you can go for Resale flats as they would cost less. Builder apartments will also be a good option for you. You have to do lot of research befor investing in any area. Local brokers can guide you better.

I have heard that Raj Nagar Extension properties are good in legal perspective. RNE is developing fast and many projects are coming up. Rates are also reasonable and it has excellent connectivity to other parts. Hi Rajiv, in 40 lakhs range u may not get ready to move in property in a good location. You can better look for properties in Raj Nagar Extension. But do some good research on these localities and choose one. Noida flats are more costlier, so better to check in Indiarapuram or Vaishali only.

Hi Rajiv, I would prefer Noida among the three. And particularly, Noida Expressway is growing very fast. SO check for properties in expressway.. There are a number of residential projects in that stretch. What will be your requirement? for eg. price, no. of bedrooms, which developers, etc. Let me kow the details so that I can help you in this regard.
