The issues are between Builder, developer and Resident's Association pertaining to concealment of the correct information by builder. Apparently, the park, which used to be the USP of the project is no more a society's property and there is a through road in between bisecting the clusters and the park, the case is more likely in the favour of the association but, every one is saying that this will keep on going for decades, as well as the land where they were suppose to have some commercial daily needs complex is also having some trouble. All said and done, the sale and purchase of the flats / apartments is happening on a regular basis but, my question is still same, is it safe to buy a flat there?
I do not think it is safe buy an apartment in a project where multiple legal issues pending in the court. I would suggest you to cross check all the documents if at all you want to buy in this project.
Hey Vivek, Can you share why there are multiple legal issues with the project as I did not know anything about the problems? Is the project approved by civic authority?
L&T South City is one of the completed project of L&T Properties. It is spread across 34 acres of land very close to nature in an open area giving a fresh airy environment day and night. I heard that the project has very spacious and the view of outside is beautiful,holds around 18 blocks with over more than 1900 houses. It offers 2,3 and 4 bhk apartments in an area space of 1395 sq ft,1745 sq ft,and 3225 sq ft respectively.
