Q: GARDENIA GRACE IN SECTOR-61 HAS EXTRACTED RS.25,000/- IN CASH FROM EACH FLAT OWNER IRRESPECTIVE OF THE SIZE OF FLAT FOR BRIBING THE SUB-REGISTRAR, NOIDA WITHOUT ISSUING ANY RECEIPT. AS I AM AGAINST CORRUPTION, HOW TO GET BACK THIS HARD EARNED MONEY FROM THE BUILDER? HE HAD STATED THAT UNLESS THIS AMOUNT IS GIVEN, REGISTRATION CAN'T BE TAKEN UP. TOTAL FLATS: 142
Hi , i agree with Kanika, you should take legal help . You can also file a case in the consumer court and ask them to take a immidiate action against this.
Why do not you take a legal advice? What about complain against it, as you have proper documents? Ans in all the 142 flats the cases is same? i think you people should come up with a written legal document with a help of lawyer against the builder.
In the List of Documents required for execution of Sub-Lease Deed at S.No.12, it was clearly mentioned as Rs.25,000/- (Cash) towards Sub-Lease expenses although it was not signed but the I/C Accounts Deptt's own handwritten name of the flat allottee's name and flat number stands as a proof to establish the culpability of the crime. Other Flat owners also vouch for this extortion by the unscrupulous builder. .
As you said it is "bribe" and there will be no signed papers to show that you have bribed to that officer.. In bribe cases, once given is gone.. Such people should be ashamed of themselves. Being in a respectable position, holding some power as an authority and having huge pay and benefits for their work, still their money thirst has no end.
