Q: The builder that i have been in contact with is Nagpal Group - Meadow Mystiques. Request you to suggest if the property is worth looking for and also suggest for certain upcoming row houses or villa's in Wagholi or nearby areas.. My budget is ~70-75 lakhs. Thanks

I agree with you Mr Vinay but with so many constructions coming up in wagholi and lots and and lots of money to be earned, i don't think the politicians will let wagholi stay out of PMC for long. Interestingly PSF rates in Wagholi are still high irrespective of poor water situation. Merger with PMC is the only solution.

I am a resident of Wagholi but stay in Mumbai. Some of the apartments to go for are Dream Sankalp, Sky View, OXY Valley Phase 2, East Avenue, etc. these might come in your budget bracket. However, prices are appreciating in this area day by day..

Hi Jessica, Wagholi has good potential in the future.. There are many prime apartments in Wagholi to go for but the main problem in the locality is water. many apartments have been completed using tanker water as I have heard. But still you can go for these..
