Buying property on Sohna road

Q: What is the investment prospect of Gurgaon Sohna Road?
I am planning to invest in Gold Souk 2BHK option @3690 psft. I am little skeptical regarding the development of the area and the GOLD SOUK developer. Please suggest.

Sohna Road has connectivity to NH 8, Golf Course Extension Road and NCR. It is in the vicinity of Roz-Ka Meo industrial area, Delhi Airport and upcoming Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway too.. so the place has witnessed huge demand by investors. Many reputed real estate developers have already invested on projects in Sohna Road. Some of the national and international retail giants are also investing in this place. Nearly 20% appreciation has been expected in the near future on Sohna Road properties.

Hey guys, in my point of view, Sohna Road is really a good destination for real estate investment. It is in proximity to IMT-Sohna , Delhi Mumbai INdustrial Freight Corridor, KMP and Gurgaon.The prices presently in completed & nearing completion projects are in the range of 7000-9000 per sqft. There are many upcoming residential projects on Sohna Road.

Sohna road has good investment potential. But if you are looking for immediate returns then do not go for this. You can get better returns in sectors 74-79 of Noida within 2-3 years time. An under-construction resale property will be priced around Rs 4500.

Hi Rajiv, long time ago GOLD SOUK was prelaunched but till now there is no news on it. Please confirm correctly about the projects construction and completion dates if you are going to invest. Do not hurry in investing in that project as it is not looking so safe.

Gurgaon Sohna Road is witnessing great many development projects.. Good infrastructure and good connectivity.. there is good commercial and industrial development happening in Sohna Road. A number of residential projects have been developed and are coming up. Gold Souk project is also good to invest in. The industrial model township set up at Manesar has been influencing the realty growth in this place.
