the best investment option in Gurgaon is Golf Course Extension Road and Sector 81-95 DLF Garden City , as of now Dwarka Expressway is still under litigation and under construction it will take 5-6 year to become livable, because one cannot depend on only the Dwarka Expressway as other development is also necessary. And when we look at development in Sector 81-95 the development work has almost done includes sector roads,street lights and ready to move apartment.

The expressway holds huge investment potential. Master plan 2021 has many development activities included in it. So you dont have to think again whetehre to invest in this area or not The expressway would have eight-lanes and would be built by HUDA.

Definitely it is very good place for investment purpose. It has good connectivity In next five years there will be huge realty development. Many builders and buyers have already invested in this area. And many more builders are launching new projects too.
