Hi Divya, You can get 2 bhk apartments in Shriram Greenfield by Shriram Properties within Rs 43 lakhs excluding taxes and registration.

You can look for projects like Shilpitha Royal, Shilphitha Sunflower and Shilpitha Splendour Annex by Maithri Developers where 2 bhk apartments are available within a price range of Rs 33 lakhs to Rs 56 lakhs.

has anyone heard about Nisarga builders. they claim to be member of credai and also cat B builder. pls update if anyone has any information

I am not sure if they are a member of CREDAI but Nisarga Builder is one of the leading property dealers in Bangalore. They provide quality homes in good and prime locations. Till date they have completed around 10 projects in Bangalore.

I have visited their apartments and according to me they can be assumed as CAT A builders.You never know, few years down the line some of the above builders might become Cat A builders, or Cat C builders on the basis of customer satisfaction they give.
