Hi Tamal/Aneek,Actually flat cost should be around 36 after all due diligence and analysis done..nt so sure whether banks are funding it or not..+ registry is also an issue?The project was launched in 2006 bt still internal roads are nt pukka..leave about other basic amenities...fingers crossed..some +ve and some -ve

Aneek, d floor mentioned is 4th actually the project..still doesnt hv lift...n not expected in near future...so taking high floor is risky..

Hi Vaibhav, I heard that 2bhk cost is around Rs 40 lakhs in Eastern heights project, b ut I am not sure about the ground floors.

Well 40L is too much an inflated price owing to locality..n d progress of project...also anminities wise i can fingers crossed..36ish Ok..
