Q: "Mayur Brundavan" in electronic city which is offering flats with all amenities at 2200 and located near gold coins club. Will it be worth to invest here, is mayur group trusted, any other options within 30Lacs in bangalore, Please guide, Thanks in advance

Started with their flagship project by name Mayur Paradise which has gone for a toss in terms of Commitment, Quality, accountability & responsibility, system, service & experienced staff. We have invested in one of their very first and flagship project by name "Mayur Paradise". The experience till now has been very bad with the project, people and management in the company. The very first and flagship project has gone for a toss, dont know what to expect from their upcoming projects.As said, there is Absolutely NO Commitment, Quality, accountability, system, service & knowledgeable and experienced staff in the company "Mayur Group".Complaining is useless. As you complain, people gonna laugh there. Response and action are never accepted and taken..Advise all buyers not to get associated with Mayur-Group. If at all they have to, then do clearly understand and define your terms and conditions for each and every minute product and quality, delays, penalty, payments and so legal approach.

How you guys are so sure that Mayur is providing so much amenities, after 5 years also they could not come with a single project in bangalore, forget about the amenities

The region is well developed and has many reputed IT companies, industries and residential spaces. The Electronic City is accessible from various localities through Road ways and currently Metro which is under construction. The development of the IT industries & Residential Projects and continuous pouring of the people has increased the land rates intensely. This causes the uplift in the Real Estate Sector. If you are getting flats with all amenities at Rs 2200, I feel it is worth.

Mayur Brundavan encompasses lush greenery and lavish clubhouse features - at an affordable cost to the common man. It also offers proximity to world-class workplaces, hospitals, educational institutes, social clubs, malls, and easy connectivity to rest of the city. So I think it is quite a good deal in this price.
