In Mahendra Elena 5 the builder has pressurized around 50 plus current flat owners to pay inflated electricity bills without installing any electricity meter. For those who are refusing to pay the bill which has no legal validity and more than double the electricity bills normally charged by BESCOM, they are cutting electricity as part of pressure tactics to force them to pay the inflated bill. Cutting basic amenities like water and electricity to a flat is a breach of fundamental rights. Builder is bound to complete all amenities in Elene 5 by March-April 2016. But still they have not fulfilled this obligation after 16 months of delay and we are tolerating it in good faith.
Currently the issues mentioned above is fully sorted out. The Elena 5 management is now working closely with the owners and every issue in the apartment is promptly addressed now. This positive changes in the functioning of the management is winning the hearts of many owners including me. I will now recommend Elena 5 to any potential home buyers.
I am one of the many VICTIMISED owner of a Flat at Mahendra Elena.Never Buy a Flat from these Builders.They claim that their project is the Best.There are many heavy Civil structural issues at Elena.But they are least bothered to even look into fixing it.The Engineers & supervisors are Thick Skinned people.The Supervisor Binay is just a worst resource that Mahendra Homes has.He doesn't have any work ethics.It has been identified that there is Mother slab Crack noticed in ceiling by one of the owners in top floor, which is a major Civil Issue/mistake from the Builders end & not fixed yet

i work in WIPRO and i see almost every day this project, its almost 4 and half month since the work is started, the project is good compare to others in the same area. The project has got approvals, CC in place, BDA approved. I strongly recommend Mahendra Elena. so far everything is good. The project will get ready by 2013 December . if you look at that aspect rate also not bad because other projects which will be ready by 2014 end also quoting same rate but whereas the interest which you pay for one more year to the bank will be around 3 to 4 lakhs that will add another 200 Rupees to your rate.
According to me, there is no difference in A or B because open space everything is equally distributed, village is only after the project and this is just 15 meters from wipro gate no -9. Investing in this project will be fruitful in future and the road will widen because already there is a notification and mahendra itself owning the half of the buildings in between wipro and the project. Though i have heard from a couple of sources that the construction of block B is faster than the construction of block A
The project was launched in August-2012, completion date was by end of 2013. Mahendra homes is one of the leading real estate developers and I heard that they are providing good quality of construction and all the documents are also clear.
