Hey Joshy, did you get any further info? I'm also interested in an apartment in Purva Sunhsine. But, some say that they don't have an OC, and hence they can never get an A-khata. Is that true? Do any of the residents there hold A-khatas at all? What is the nature of the violations?
As far as I know Khata is generally given for plot. If it is BDA approved and is proper in legal terms then A-Khata is issued to a plot, after this construction can be done. But how does few apartments in same building have A-khata while few do not.. please explain me if I am wrong..
