Well I am a resident of Prathmesh Vihar. Now everything is alright. Water supply is 24 hrs. Ad-hoc society is already there to handle the maintenance work of the society. Members are quiet active and doing all the development work on time. Society formation is also started. So overall if u see it has become a good place to live in.

Hey, I feel you can take the help of RTI from the BMC Kandivali to know more information about the project and its approvals.. Also, rental property are available in prathamesh vihar now..

Hi, I had heard that the builder is not correct and provided the project after too much time.. The project is ready now and the papers are all clear. However, some of the owners had to say they got possession after waiting for long..Also, there is water supply problem in that area..
