Q: Hi, I visited the Ivy estates by Kolte Patil and found it interesting for the 1140 sqmt 2BHK. However the entire deal is coming upto 47lacs. Please suggest if this is worth in wagholi.Any estimation about the rise in property prices in wagholi till dec 2013??

Hi Pallavi, the developer as well the project is good.. If you are investing for own use then you have to see the distance from workplace.. However, price appreciation is expected..
