Hi, I want to know about the advantages and disadvantages in the M3m Woodshire in sector 107 Gurgaon, Dwarka expway.How much percent appreciation expected in the next 2 years.

@Kanika , there are three major development area in Gurgaon 1.Golf Course road extension from 59-74 2.New Gurgaon Sector 81-95 3. Dwarka Expressway Sector 95-114 and the prices per sq.ft. 8000-12000 , 4500-8000 & 4000-11000 respectively
If your budget allows you i would suggest to go for Golf course extension as it is close to city center and existing development , and the second option i would like to suggest to is New Gurgaon that is from sector 81-95,but i feel that you should not go beyond sector-92 , this area is developed by DLF India's leading real estate developer , New Gurgaon will have all the basic need like schools,hospitals & Shopping centers etc., now dwarka expressway , no doubt its a good approach in terms of real estate but i doubt the way development is carried of on Dwarka expressway , expect expressway u don't have anything like sector roads , hospitals ,schools & Shopping centers etc its a very long term investment.

Hi Amarjeet , as far as M3M Woodshire in sector 107 is consider , i would suggest you to please go urself and have look at the site of the project. I personally don't suggest you to go for M3m Woodshire , as the prices offered by builder is already appreciated , so there is no appreciation for long term
