Hello, I have booked a Flat in Shriram Smrith North Block around 2.5 years back and has been waiting for the North Block to come up.

Q: Recently they informed me either to take back the booking amount or continue with Shriram Smrithi by paying current booking price. How can they increase the price when we already booked the Flat in prelaunch offer and has been waiting for the construction to start?Did anyone faced the same problem?If yes could you please let know how did you resolve this issue?

1. to take back the money with bank interest
2. pay the appreciation and continue

Right now the only source of water is from bore wells. Sarjapur in general is reeling under a water shortage. There are lakes in the vicinity of the project but they are dried up.

I do not think they can increase the price of the flats when you have already booked the flat in pre- launch offer. Before dealing with them I would suggest you to take help from your legal expert.
