The project is still under construction and the expected possession is by June 2016. The price of apartments in this project starts from Rs 32 lakhs on wards. BBMP and all the major banks have approved the project.

Yes correct the project will be completed Phase wise and as of now only Phase 3 i.e Hemant is ready to move. Rest of the Phases are under construction
