Q: The approval from the competent authority has really been obtained by the Narne? Will Telangana issue have bearing on East City?

Thanks Mr Das and Mr Dhiraj. Actually I have a plot to sell (not the apartment or flat), which is a east facing corner plot measuring 310 sq yd in East City, Sector-5, being developed by Narne Estate, Secunderabad, at Bibinagar. I am interested to know the prevailing market rate for this plot and development-prospect in future, going by the reputation of the Narne Estate. Should I hold the plot for some more time or sell it?

Hi ..Telangana issue will no more effect residential market of Hyderabad. Developers are back and launching projects in and around the city. By the where is your property..??

Hello Mr Jain..what is the size of your apartment..?? i think a flat of around 100 sq ft will be around Rs 17 lakhs to Rs 20 lakhs. Please do verify the details.
