Expected price of sector-5 Narne east city, Bibinagar, Hyderabad?
Q: The approval from the competent authority has really been obtained by the Narne? Will Telangana issue have bearing on East City?

Latest Answer: Thanks Mr Das and Mr Dhiraj. Actually I have a plot to sell (not the apartment or flat), which is a east facing corner plot measuring 310 sq yd in East City, Sector-5, being developed by Narne Estate, Secunderabad, at Bibinagar. I am interested to know the prevailing market rate for this plot and development-prospect in future, going by the reputation of the Narne Estate. Should I hold the plot for some more time or sell it?
