Please reply when you are planning to visit the site (peninsula Prakuthi or Peninsula palm ville or Peninsula Solitaire(pre launch) The prices the definitely negotiable, plz come down

The prices for the viila in this project looks fine, the rates of other projects further on the same road malur and towards hoskote rates are more than this. Even the Carmelaram Railway over bridge work also going very fast. Once its done connectivity to this project going to be very good.

Can we buy only plot here as investment ? Is it compulsorily we need to construct villa ? Every where these guys mentioned villa plots. Whats the difference between villa plot and normal layout ? Any one clarify ?

I have visited the site last month, project is selling very fast i believe within one weeks time availability has come down by almost 25 plots. I think one of the best property to invest because of the future Wipro and Infy campuses. i think once the ring road and the proposed corridor road comes this project will fetch the max ROI for the investment.

Hey Vin, I think your 30 % less claim is baseless because if some one does in anekal chandapura belt defiantly it will be below standard, I have a real experience because i have done it. none of the contractors will agree today below 1300 to 1350 for a quality construction with minimum quality specifications and this project i have seen close to proposed WIPRO and INFY Campus which recently got a nod , if some one selling In chandapure anekal belt at 1200 defiantly Sarjapur circle and surrounding area have a better value today in terms connectivity and future developments .

You can try negotiating by asking 30% less on what builder is quoting for the villas in and around Sarjapur.Rent prospects are very bleak in this area and you will have hard time in getting tenants(Scenario will be diff in Infosys SEZ starts)

How far is this from the main road? Is the price quoted negotiable? I want some more information about the project from some one who have already discussed/visited the sales people there to comment. I am planning to visit that stretch soon
