The area is having lot of advantages like 1) Hoskote aka Neo Bangalore is witnessing high real estate activity. The land prices increased by 80 percent in this area.

I called the sales person of Artha property to get information about the project. They are telling that the project is still on pre-launch stage so cant guve any update about the project.

Good news is that Metro Phase 2 is proposed till Whitefield. They may extend around hoskote or hoskote malur road somewhere near to upcoming STRR/PRR. But one think which I have noticed is that Artha has increased the prices in Jan-13 start was around 44Lakh(Type A)/52Lakh(Type B)/72Lakh(Type C) but now its 46L/55L/75L...As its Artha's own project under Bennett Property Holdings so i think we can trust them..Prelaunch condition says that if approvals takes 6months or so then booking amount will be returned..
Location wise, its fine. If you want to stay, you can go ahead, if you are a pure investor, you have to wait to get returns. But keep it in mind that, the project is in prelaunch, so it carries its own risks
Recently I have visited the site. According to me the price is high and It is a bit far from major places. No shops nearby though they promised to have all stores inside the gated community. Overall experience to visit the project was nice. They provided transportation till the site. Model villa is getting ready near the office. There is a SEZ of 300 acers is coming up.
