No Nishant.. The builder has not got the licence itself.. only LOI is there it seems. So I doubt you will not get the receipts until the launch of project..

I have booked apartment in Pareena. Have anyone got a receipt from the developer? I have been told that it will be sent to me by post. So I want to know if you were told the same too?

Hi all.. I would like to add some details of SECTOR 99A as per Master Plan 2031
*Commercial- Around 48 hectares of land is reserved along the Delhi-Rewari Railway line in Sector 99A, for wholesale trading of building materials, grains, fruits and vegetables. it will be developed by the government agencies.

*Transport and Communication- Transport Nagar and Container Depots have been proposed adjoining to Garhi Harsaru Railway Station on Delhi-Rewari Railway line. And around 45 hectares of land has been reserved for idle parking adjoining village Garhi Harsaru along railway line opposite to wholesale market proposed in Sector 99A.

Hi, Sector 99A is a new sector as per the future planned layouts in the Master Plan 2031. You have to make sure whether it has got all necessary approvals or not. And confirm that there is no legal issue. I read somewhere that many "A" sectors like 63A and 67A have had major issues in the past and builders like Ireo, Anantraj, etc who launched projects there had to subsequently withdraw and refund money. Though I dont know the reason behind it, I want to advise you to pls check before u invest.

Hi Arjun, I am also interested in this project. It is similar to 3C in sector 89 which is located close to commercial sector 88. The prices are less and very affordable in this project. In between expressway and this project the area is commercially well-developed. So we can expect that this project is definitely a good investment.

@Arjun i personally don't suggest you to go with Pareena Infra as they are new to Gurgaon and the location has not been developed as of now.
