Hey Ravindra..you can reach phase two of Ashok Nandavanam from Vandaloor zoo signal in VK road 3 km, from there take left in nedukundram road and travel upto 900 mts. Take right now and in this sub road travel around 800 meters. You will each your destiny.

Hi Manohar..the location Kolapakkam seems tucked from inside...The rate is very high...but its a new layout if and the promoter has been too careful to separate the layout in to phases in such a way that there are no OSR present in Phase II. But no need to worry as its a investment plot. The Tambaram Eastern Bypass would add more value.
