I got a call this evening from PRA representative stating that they received the NA approvals & soon (in a day or two) shall initiate the registration process! keep your Fingers crossed.

Hi Nitesh, I feel that since they have not got proper approvals, they are taking much time to give possession.. It is high time they should have handed over the flats..

I haven’t received any update, every time builder giving fake commitment for launching, Now I need to know if anyone has really made a booking in this new project??

No they will take another 5 to 6 months for NA.
