The price of the apartment falls in the bracket of Rs 91 lakhs to Rs 1.52 crores. The project is approved by BMRDA, all the leading banks and green building per-certified. All the units in Anupam are designed carefully from experts. But if buyers wish to design the units they buy on their own, then it is also allowed. However, the design has to satisfy the green building norms. The project is expected to be completed within 15 months.
